Always check your controls after a new installation for correct operation before you ride
If you are using any grip on a machine that has a thumb throttle (i.e. ATV or Watercraft) trim any flange material that
might interfere with the operation of your throttle control and always have your mechanic check it out for you before you
ride.
If you are using a twist throttle, and you install your grips using glue, be sure that you don't get glue in the twist
mechanism. Always let the glue dry for 24 hours and then recheck the throttle and all controls for free and correct movement
before you ride.
Clean off all of the dirt and oils that
might be on the bar before you install the new grips. This will help reduce the chances of grip twist.
Always consult a motorsport professional regarding any installation to your machine.
